Hello! My name is Kristie McKinley. I am owner of Relaxed Self, a Level II  Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner, a Kundalini Reiki Master, and co-owner and co-creator on Majestik Union; Reiki-charged bath bath salts. I received the Level II Usui certification from a Master Teacher in 2008. I received my Kundalini certification in July 2011. I have a B.S. in Psychology with an Anthropology minor. I also have an MBA with an Accounting and Finance concentration. I am married to a wonderful man and we have two cats. I offer distance Reiki as well as meet clients every fourth Saturday at Murfreesboro Acupuncture and Massage.

My personal experience with Reiki began after many unsuccessful attempts to alleviate several personal health issues solely through conventional means. Since becoming a Reiki practitioner, my ability to heal has increased because my stress level is reduced. When I do need the services of a health care provider, my ability to heal is much faster with little to no side effects from medical treatments given. As my stress level decreases, my intuition is more enhanced.
